My copay for out-of-pocket services is $150 for a 60 minute session. I am able to provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company for more information on superbills.

Therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I work with you to determine your therapy goals and what to work on in our sessions. Some sessions may look like processing events from the previous week, working on new skills, or helping you plan for your future. I will adjust my approach to fit your lifestyle and your needs,

As a therapist I must maintain client confidentiality. I am not able to share any personal information without your consent. The exception to this is if I believe you are a harm to yourself, may be a harm to others or in cases of child or elderly abuse.

Therapy can be extremely beneficial for anyone who may be having a hard time navigating life. Therapy can provide you with a space every week completely dedicated to you and your goals. Starting therapy can be nerve wracking and scary, however I hope that over time we can build a strong relationship built on mutual respect and support.
